HOW IT WORKS

01

Sync

Connect Figma and link your files. A deterministic compiler turns every component into code, with no AI in that step.

02

Serve

Publish when you are ready. Your tokens, components and specs are served from your own MCP server, to your team and to your AI agents.

03

Build

Agents build with the real thing: they reuse your published components, take their React code and specs, and follow your tokens instead of guessing.

PLAYGROUND

Change a variant or a property, and the component and its code follow. Every component you sync from Figma gets this page.

BUILT FOR CONTROL

A key is read-only or read and write, so an agent can look at your design system without being able to change it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A place to manage your design tokens, your component library from Figma, behavioral context and design specs, and to serve all of it to your team and to AI agents through your own MCP server.

Upload up to three brand images, or pick a few seed colors, and Design Engine generates a complete W3C DTCG token set you can then edit. You can also import a DTCG file you already have, and it is merged into the set.

Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio for Figma, SCSS variables, TypeScript modules, the raw DTCG JSON and a Markdown design doc. They all come from one DTCG token set, so every export agrees with the others.

Your account has an MCP server at mcp.designengine.cc. Create an API key (read-only or read and write) or sign in with OAuth, add the server to any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP, and the agent can list, search and resolve your tokens, check their health and export them, and read the specs and React code of your published components. With a read and write key it can also create and change tokens. The setup steps are in the MCP page of the app.

Connect Figma with a personal access token, link the files or frames that hold your components, and Sync compiles every component into code. There is no AI in that step, so the same file gives the same output. Sync saves drafts, and nothing is visible to others until you Publish.

Yes. Each library has a share page that shows only published components you have not hidden. Drafts and internal fields never leave your account.

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes limited token sets and component libraries, plus shared specs and behavioral context. See the plans above for what Pro adds.
